Effective community consultation enables the members of CILG to better understand its clients and customers, encourages the more efficient use of public resources and enables evidence-based decision making. Over time, consultation helps to measure the performance of the members of CILG in delivering quality public services and helping to improve the quality of life in Cheshire.
